1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using account features, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.

2. What AIJobFever provides

AIJobFever helps people discover, filter, save, and follow links to artificial-intelligence job opportunities. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide an email address you control and keep account information reasonably accurate.
• Keep your password and verification codes confidential.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, scrape at a harmful rate, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, or use AIJobFever to violate another person’s rights.

5. Job listings and external websites

Job information may originate from employers or public sources and can change without notice. Application links take you to third-party websites with their own terms and privacy practices. AIJobFever is not the employer, recruiter, or agent for a listing unless explicitly stated.

We do not guarantee that a role remains open, that listing information is error-free, or that using AIJobFever will result in an interview, offer, or employment.

6. Your profile and resume

You retain ownership of information and documents you provide. You give us permission to store, process, and display that information only as needed to operate features you choose. Do not upload information you do not have the right to provide. You may remove your resume separately or permanently delete your account and associated profile data as described below and in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

AIJobFever’s branding, design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful job discovery.

8. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

We may restrict or disable access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address security and operational risk. You may permanently delete your account through Profile → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible and removes access to the account along with its profile, saved jobs, uploaded resume and profile picture, sessions, and associated job-alert subscription, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting AIJobFever does not withdraw or delete applications or information you submitted directly to an employer or another website.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for hiring decisions, third-party websites, employer conduct, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, resumes, analytics choices, and account records.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, or service changes. We will update the date and, for material changes, ask account holders to accept the new version when they next sign in.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Karnataka, India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Karnataka will handle disputes, subject to any mandatory rights available to you where you live.
