Lead development and ownership of data recipes for Waymo’s foundation model pre-training and post-training, tech-lead a team of research engineers to build a data flywheel from driving data, and integrate emerging research (e.g., scaling ladders, data mix optimizations, and RL recipes) while partnering with engineering and research teams to share best practices.
