About this role
Fulcrum seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to implement and customize its AI automation platform for insurance brokerages. The role works directly with enterprise customers to deliver reliable, compliant and efficient solutions for their workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements and projects end to end, identify requirements, and determine how to apply AI automations to customer workflows.
- Build features and customizations with customers and integrate them into the core engineering product.
- Collaborate through multiple iterations with technical and non-technical customers as objectives evolve.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant post-college work experience in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven coding proficiency in Python and TypeScript, strong technical documentation and cross-team communication, and the ability to work closely with customers.
- Ability to work five days per week at Fulcrum’s San Francisco office; candidates willing to relocate are welcome.
Compensation and benefits: The listed annual salary range is USD $140,000–$300,000, with equity. Fulcrum also offers health, dental and vision coverage, team off-sites and dinners.
