About this role
Hands-on VP of AI to architect, code, build, and lead the AI organization at 4MP, defining the intelligence layer that enables CNC machines to self-measure, self-correct and autonomously generate corrective actions. Responsibilities include integrating physics-based models, telemetry, sensor data and G-code, designing learning frameworks and feedback loops, building scalable data infrastructure, and creating simulation and validation environments.
