About this role
Veeva Systems seeks a Technical Product Manager to design and deliver AI agent solutions for Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training. QualityDocs manages regulated quality content throughout its lifecycle; Training is a learning management system supporting training compliance, qualification, and job readiness. The role focuses on automating processes across both products.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI product features and production AI agent applications, including data flows, orchestration, and prompts.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to automate business processes, assist with AI agent evaluations, and present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, including at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
- Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration; Python coding skills and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering. Ability to collaborate with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams, communicate with non-technical stakeholders, and work independently with little direct supervision.
- Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone and able to travel 20%.
Preferred
Experience in a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering role; life sciences; building products on application development platforms; developing software for regulated industries; or working with customers and distributed internal teams remotely.
Work arrangement and compensation: The posting lists Boston, MA and identifies the role as remote. Veeva’s Work Anywhere arrangement allows work from home or an office, with predictable core hours. Base pay is $75,000–$165,000; actual pay depends on experience and location, and additional compensation may include a variable or stock bonus.
