About this role
Veeva Systems seeks a Technical Product Manager (AI) to design and deliver AI agents for Veeva Quality Cloud. The role focuses on “Docs to Data”: analyzing document content, extracting information, and mapping and storing it as structured data in the Quality Cloud data model. The platform supports life-sciences content management, training, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and quality-control laboratory solutions (LIMS).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop production AI agents across Quality Cloud, including their data flows, orchestration, and prompts.
- Partner with engineering and UX to automate business processes using AI; assist with AI-agent evaluations.
- Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, including at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
- Experience designing data flows, selecting algorithms, and integrating models; Python coding skills and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering. Ability to collaborate with engineering, UX, and application product management teams, communicate with nontechnical stakeholders, and work independently with limited supervision.
- Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone and able to travel 20%.
Preferred
Experience in data science, machine learning, or data engineering; life sciences; building products on application development platforms; software for regulated industries; or working with customers and internal teams remotely across geographies.
Work arrangement and compensation: The posting lists Boston, MA, and Veeva’s Work Anywhere arrangement permits working from home or the office, with predictable core collaboration hours. Base pay is $75,000–$165,000; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and location. Additional variable or stock compensation may be available.
