About this role
Veeva Systems seeks a Technical Product Manager to design and deliver AI agent solutions for Veeva Development Cloud. The role aims to make life sciences work more efficient, including clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and pharmacovigilance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop hands-on AI solution prototypes for a domain such as Submissions, Clinical, or Drug Safety, working with application product managers and customers.
- Deliver production AI agent applications, including their data flows, orchestration, and prompts.
- Partner with engineering and UX teams to automate business processes with AI, and present solution capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience, including at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
- Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration; Python coding skills and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and prompt engineering, plus collaboration and communication skills for working with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Life sciences experience or experience in a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering role.

Product teams work within the time zone of their regional product hub. Base pay is $75,000–$165,000; actual pay may vary with experience and location, and additional compensation may include a variable or stock bonus.
