About this role
The Senior Associate Product Manager supports the strategy, delivery, adoption, and responsible operation of Baker Tilly’s enterprise LLM portfolio, principally ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise, including chat, API, and coding products. The role translates user and stakeholder needs into priorities, coordinates U.S.- and India-based teams, and improves access, support, governance, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise AI workspaces, provisioning, licenses, permissions, user lifecycles, and API access; coordinate SSO and RBAC, document operations, and streamline recurring workflows.
- Set requirements, user stories, priorities, and success criteria for India-based teams. Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, cross-time-zone handoffs, delivery reviews, dependencies, and blocker resolution.
- Support multi-quarter roadmaps and backlogs for ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, approved LLM APIs, Codex, and Claude Code. Assess vendor releases and models, and coordinate pilots, configuration changes, releases, and rollouts.
- Maintain usage policies, access standards, and responsible-use procedures with Security, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and AI governance partners; escalate misuse and control gaps.
- Own onboarding and user support, serve as a U.S.-hours escalation point, and develop guides, FAQs, training, prompt examples, and responsible-use resources. Define developer access and onboarding standards, templates, and reference patterns; monitor adoption, satisfaction, license use, performance, and costs, and communicate outcomes and risks.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field and 3 years of product management, technical product ownership, platform operations, or related experience are required, including support for enterprise SaaS, AI, API, developer-platform, or technical-enablement products. Candidates need working knowledge of enterprise LLM products and APIs, product lifecycle and backlog practices, provisioning and support, prompt and model concepts, governance, cost controls, and responsible AI. Strong requirements, documentation, analytical, facilitation, and communication skills; ability to use Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft 365; cross-time-zone coordination; and English proficiency are required. Familiarity with identity management, SSO, RBAC, API security, usage controls, or rate limits is preferred.
