The Principal AI Platform Operations Engineer is the highest technical individual contributor within WGU's AI Platform & Operations team and is responsible for setting the long-term AI operations and platform vision and strategy. The role leads enterprise-scale AI operations programs—including deployment, observability, reliability, governance, and LLMOps/MLOps—advises executive leadership, and represents WGU externally.
