Hands-on technical leadership role in New York leading architecture and delivery of production-grade AI systems built on agentic frameworks, RAG, and LLM orchestration. Owns a multi-agent ecosystem and AI pipeline orchestration, leading a team of 4-8 engineers and a VP-level engineer to deliver extraction, embedding, retrieval, evaluation, and AI-assisted developer tooling.
