About this role
Lead AI education at Basis to make every person maximally effective using AI by staying at the frontier of models and agents, testing and building workflows, and translating those practices into company-wide programs, playbooks, workshops, and systems. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for driving adoption so agents take on more valuable work and for designing repeatable, trustworthy workflows across teams (in person in Flatiron, NYC 5 days a week).
