Senior technical leader owning design and delivery of the enterprise generative AI platform on Databricks on Azure, including a multi-LLM gateway, hybrid RAG retrieval services, agent orchestration, model registry, prompt governance, MCP integrations, and sandbox-to-production deployment pipelines. Responsible for platform governance and MNPI-compliant access controls, observability and evaluation frameworks, defining engineering standards, mentoring AI engineers, and collaborating with AI Product Management and vertical teams.
