- Develop proof-of-concept and production-ready conversational analytics capabilities. Diagnose failures in natural-language-to-database-query systems and work with data owners to resolve semantic and contextual gaps.
- Partner with data product leaders and engineers to prioritize improvements to critical datasets. Define scalable interface patterns for copilots, agents and analytics tools.
- Create key performance indicators, scorecards and maturity models; demonstrate progress and communicate roadmaps and business impact to executives.

- Experience with agentic querying, semantic and context layers, and query agents such as Databricks Genie, Snowflake Cortex Analyst or similar tools. Expertise in metadata management and data catalogs, and hands-on experience with conversational analytics and natural-language querying failure modes.
- Ability to prototype across the data and application stack, work with enterprise data platforms and data products, diagnose root causes, and collaborate across product, engineering and business teams in regulated environments. Strong executive communication and iterative delivery skills are required.
