About this role
Founding AI Engineer to design and build the agent platform that sits on top of customers' ATSs, owning integrations, backend services, and recruiter-facing workflows. Work directly with the founder and early customers to ship production systems, use LLMs and agents for screening and profile generation, and instrument the system with logging, monitoring, and alerting.
