Machine Learning Engineer, GenAI Technology

Point72 seeks a Machine Learning Engineer, GenAI Technology to develop and maintain scalable AI/ML architectures and systems for its technology team. The role supports the integration of AI/ML solutions into existing and new products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and compliance colleagues to integrate AI/ML solutions.
• Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes for system quality and performance; keep current with AI/ML advances and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of AI/ML engineering experience with successful project delivery.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, plus proficiency in a language such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong problem-solving, independent and collaborative working, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Commitment to high ethical standards.

The posting lists New York, Stamford, and Seattle locations. Annual base salary is $185,000–$300,000 USD, excluding discretionary bonus and benefits; an offer may vary by location, experience, education, and skills.
