About this role
Intapp seeks an Applied AI Architect, Legal to deploy frontier AI models and agentic workflows for enterprise customers. The role spans product, engineering and customer delivery, with success measured by production adoption, workflow and business impact, and insights that inform product and model roadmaps. The position is hybrid, with locations listed as US NY New York and Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI deployments from discovery and technical scoping through system design, build and production rollout. Work directly with customer engineering and business teams to understand workflows, identify opportunities and drive adoption.
- Support integrations across data platforms, APIs and AI models. Turn ambiguous business problems into scalable, production-ready solutions while balancing scope, speed, quality and delivery risk.
- Develop reusable tools, playbooks and frameworks from successful deployments. Provide Product and Research teams with structured feedback on real-world usage and model performance.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, working with Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security and go-to-market teams and advising enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems into production, including LLM-based applications, and understanding how model behavior affects product performance and user experience. No specific number of years is stated.
- Experience with enterprise customers, including C-level stakeholders, and the ability to connect technical work to business value, adoption, expansion and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to scope and deliver complex systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; apply architectural judgment, prioritization and risk management; work autonomously; and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
