About this role
EliseAI seeks an AI Engagement Manager for its Housing Ownership Group vertical. The role leads strategic relationships with institutional owners and asset managers, helping them deploy and adopt AI across large real estate portfolios to improve operations, decision-making and asset performance. The manager acts as a long-term partner focused on measurable client value and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value, complex accounts; identify opportunities to expand adoption and connect AI performance to client KPIs and long-term objectives.
- Advise senior executives and ownership stakeholders on AI strategy. Prepare performance reviews, ROI analyses and strategic recommendations to support their decisions.
- Guide implementations from business-goal alignment through rollout and time-to-value. Develop repeatable approaches for rollout and long-term customer success.
- Present data-backed client success stories for Sales, Marketing and Product, and provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering and Operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, consulting or client strategy within a tech or startup environment; real estate asset management experience is preferred.
- Strong executive presence, ability to advise on business transformation, and an analytical approach to turning insights into recommendations.
- Interest in emerging technology and AI’s practical impact; comfort with ambiguity, building processes from scratch, prioritizing and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the office 4–5 days a week. Listed locations are New York City, Austin, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco.
Compensation and benefits: Base salary is $150,000–$175,000, with $175,000–$200,000 on-target earnings. The package includes commission and equity; benefits include fully covered medical, dental and vision premiums, paid parental leave, commuter and 401k benefits, a fitness and home-services stipend, office meals, unlimited vacation, paid holidays and relocation support.
