About this role
EliseAI seeks an AI Engagement Manager for its housing business to lead relationships with high-value, complex customers. The role helps property-management clients integrate AI into their operations, improve portfolio performance and adopt new AI capabilities. EliseAI’s housing products use AI agents in workflows such as apartment tours, leasing, maintenance requests and resident communication.
Responsibilities
- Guide customer implementations and product launches, align them with business goals, and accelerate time-to-value.
- Help clients redesign workflows and decision-making around AI; support change management so teams incorporate it into core processes.
- Manage a portfolio of complex accounts, deepen adoption and demonstrate measurable return on investment. Develop repeatable rollout and long-term success strategies for different customer types.
- Lead data-driven discussions connecting AI performance to client KPIs and objectives. Share structured customer feedback with Product, Engineering and Operations to improve the platform.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in asset management, consulting or client strategy within a tech or startup environment. Real-estate experience is preferred.
- Executive presence and ability to advise clients on business transformation; an analytical approach that turns insights into strategic recommendations.
- Interest in emerging technology and the practical impact of AI. Ability to work amid ambiguity, build playbooks and processes from scratch, prioritize effectively and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the office 4–5 days a week. The listed locations are New York City, Austin, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco.
Compensation and benefits: Base salary is $160,000–$195,000, with $185,500–$220,000 on-target earnings. Total rewards include equity and commission.
