The Sr AI Manager leads hands-on delivery of enterprise AI and automation solutions at Solstice Advanced Materials. The full-time role is listed at 115 Tabor Rd, Morris Plains, New Jersey. Responsibilities
- Design, build and implement scalable, production-ready AI systems aligned with business requirements. Establish MLOps/LLMOps and cloud DevSecOps practices, and package solutions for production.
- Accelerate applied AI initiatives through rapid iteration while following responsible AI principles. Provide technical guidance to the Corporate AI Risk Council on risk, compliance and adoption speed; advance evaluation, observability and continuous-learning approaches.
- Work with business, technology, architecture and security teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver secure solutions. Develop practical guidance for responsible, classification-aware AI adoption, and translate research and engineering advances into enterprise strategy.
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of progressive AI solution delivery experience with demonstrated impact across multiple functional domains.
- Strong grounding in AI concepts and experience productionizing enterprise-grade solutions. Proficiency with multiple AI/ML and automation tools, such as Azure AI/Microsoft Foundry, Databricks, Cognitive Services and bot frameworks, Microsoft Power Platform, Workato, OutSystems or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience integrating AI and automation with enterprise platforms such as SAP, SFDC and HCM, and a track record of architecting end-to-end, multi-system solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Preferred qualifications include Python for AI/ML workflows; agent systems, LLM integrations, prompt engineering and orchestration; AI security controls; vector databases, semantic search and retrieval pipelines; compound AI architectures; Azure/Databricks DevOps or MLOps; and integration with Teams, Web Chat or Direct Line.
