About this role
Build AI agents, copilots, and assistant experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and related Microsoft tools; design prompts, conversation flows, knowledge grounding, actions, and escalation paths. Partner with business stakeholders to convert use cases into prototypes, test and evaluate agent performance, refine prompts and knowledge, and document configurations and adoption guidance.
