The AI & Automation Analyst will identify and document business process improvements, evaluate digital tools and emerging technologies (including AI and LLMs), translate requirements into solution designs, and support pilot implementations and adoption monitoring. The role partners with departments and IT to develop workflows, governance, user guides, and reports that improve the employee digital experience.
