About this role
Stellix seeks a recent college graduate to help develop and improve its enterprise AI knowledge platform. Built on Glean, the platform connects systems including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Confluence, Salesforce, and Smartsheet to support search, AI assistance, and reusable knowledge. The analyst will work with IT, Digital Platforms, and business teams in this hands-on, entry-level role.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and refine Glean agents for multi-step work such as contract review, proposal development, knowledge retrieval, and document generation. Translate business needs into agent instructions and workflow configurations; assess outputs for accuracy and relevance, improve prompts, and document designs and operating instructions.
- Organize and tag content across connected systems, develop Glean Collections, identify knowledge gaps with subject matter experts, and help turn project workflows and lessons into reusable intellectual property.
- Support AI workflow design using Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and related platforms. Build prototypes, evaluate new features, and test agents and workflows before deployment.
- Prepare demos and training materials, assist with Glean onboarding, gather user feedback, and support adoption. Follow AI governance and content-handling rules, document data sources and permissions, and support audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; applicants may be recent graduates or graduate by the start date. A strong academic record with relevant AI, machine learning, data management, or enterprise-systems coursework or projects is required.
- Demonstrated interest in applied AI, enterprise search, or knowledge management; familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot; clear communication, analytical problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Preferred: IT, digital transformation, or consulting internship or co-op experience; exposure to enterprise platforms; workflow automation or no-code/low-code experience; familiarity with RAG, semantic search, prompt design, or agent orchestration; and experience producing documentation or training content.
Location and compensation: The Foxboro, MA role requires on-site work five days per week for the first 4–6 months, then four days per week, including Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States. Base salary is $65,000–$75,000, with eligibility for variable compensation.
