AI Product Manager

The AI Product Manager works on the strategy, development and delivery of AI-driven products and platforms for automation, IoT and digital transformation. Based in Irving, Texas, this on-site, full-time role reports to the Director of Technology and connects business needs with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI and machine-learning offerings in line with company goals and customer requirements. Research AI, generative AI and automation trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers and software developers to turn business problems into technical requirements. Oversee model integration, deployment, monitoring and iteration, with attention to production performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and operations teams to manage trade-offs and deliver features on schedule. Plan product architecture and support models for scalability across enterprise and OEM environments, including data pipelines and cloud/edge infrastructure.
• Build business cases using cost-benefit and ROI analysis; track model accuracy, latency and adoption. Gather client and stakeholder feedback to improve capabilities, interpretability, usability and trust. Work with compliance and security teams on governance, privacy and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related technical field, and 2-5+ years of experience in AI, ML, data-driven product development or technical product management.
• Understanding of ML workflows, including data pipelines, model training and deployment, and MLOps. Ability to manage the technical product lifecycle from concept to launch, communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and apply strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: experience with AI-driven products, automation systems or analytics.
