About this role
Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the Artificial Intelligence & Automation value stream within its Design and Tools organization. The role owns AI product strategy, roadmap and execution for customer-care tools that improve agent efficiency, customer self-service and support workflows for agents, field teams and partners. It includes guiding data scientists building custom predictive and prescriptive machine-learning models.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and roadmap for AI projects; gather user feedback, prioritize features by impact and feasibility, and use product metrics, user behavior and ROI to assess results.
- Identify customer-care AI use cases and plan advanced automation features, including assisted experiences that reduce routine work.
- Work with global stakeholders and Salesforce and ServiceNow product managers on requirements, design and architecture. Resolve delivery conflicts, manage launches and communicate solution value to leadership.
- Develop project charters and statements of work to secure stakeholder support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field and at least 5 years of product management, program management or team leadership experience.
- Expertise in generative and conversational AI for customer-facing chatbots and virtual agents; NLP techniques including sentiment analysis and topic modeling; and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
- Ability to use ServiceNow and Salesforce to improve support workflows, guide data science teams, support high-volume technical customer-care operations, communicate technical value and manage competing priorities.
- Indefinite authorization to work in the U.S. is required; employer work permit sponsorship is unavailable.
The position is hybrid in Schaumburg, Illinois, with travel under 10% and no relocation provided. The target base salary is $120,000–$140,000.
