About this role
Lead Inari’s AI Team to set technical direction and own the roadmap for ML systems that deliver genomic, phenotypic, and multi-omic predictions; balance production ML workflows with exploration of foundation models, agentic systems, and RAG solutions. Manage and mentor ML engineers, ensure delivery, quality, and operability of ML pipelines, and partner with scientists to validate models against experimental and field outcomes.
