Lead Specialist, AI Scientist will design, build, deploy, and scale production AI/ML capabilities powering learner intelligence, knowledge graphs, recommendations, personalization, and next-generation AI products. The role owns end-to-end AI delivery including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, MLOps/AIOps, model evaluation and governance, and mentors engineers and data scientists.
