About this role

Join NVIDIA Research Singapore to develop efficient, GPU-accelerated AI models spanning language models, visual generation and robotics. The role focuses on original research into generative AI models that are both capable and computationally efficient, with opportunities to contribute to NVIDIA products.

Responsibilities

  • Research, design and accelerate novel generative AI models on NVIDIA GPUs.
  • Publish original research, speak at conferences and events, and collaborate with internal teams and external researchers.
  • Mentor interns and transfer research technology to product groups.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience and a PhD in computer science or electrical engineering with a strong research track record.
  • Excellent knowledge of LLMs and foundation models, plus publications at leading conferences such as CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, NeurIPS or MLSys.
  • Excellent programming skills in a rapid-prototyping environment such as Python; knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch; and excellent communication skills.

Additional qualifications: C++ and parallel programming, such as CUDA, are a plus.

This full-time position lists both Singapore, Singapore-Suntec Tower and Singapore, Remote as locations.
