01

Understand the role

What matters most

  • End-to-End AI Application Development

The role requires managing the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from identifying business use cases with stakeholders to deploying production-grade applications. You must demonstrate the ability to bridge the gap between abstract business requirements and technical implementation using Generative AI and agentic frameworks.

  • Technical Proficiency in LLM and Agentic Architectures

A core priority is the design and maintenance of systems utilizing RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph. You must be prepared to handle technical nuances such as context window management, embedding strategies, and prompt optimization to ensure model accuracy and performance.

  • Full-Stack Integration and Deployment

Beyond model development, you are responsible for building backend APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and frontend interfaces (React/Vue.js) while ensuring production stability via Docker and Kubernetes. This requires a strong focus on system architecture and the ability to maintain reliable, scalable services.

Likely challenges to think through

  • Bridging Technical Complexity for Stakeholders

You will be expected to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business insights. The challenge lies in communicating the limitations and capabilities of LLMs and agentic systems to non-technical users; prepare by practicing how to explain technical trade-offs in terms of business value and risk.

  • Balancing Rapid Innovation with Production Stability

The requirement to research emerging technologies while maintaining production-grade applications creates a tension between experimentation and reliability. Prepare by discussing your approach to version control, security vulnerability management, and how you ensure that new AI features do not compromise existing system stability.
