About this role
The AI and Analytic Product Manager drives the roadmap and delivery of AI, analytics and agentic AI initiatives across APAC for DHL Supply Chain. The role assesses business requests, recommends suitable AI solutions and works with business, IT and operations stakeholders to support transformation goals. The posting lists Singapore as the job location and APAC as the preferred region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional AI portfolio roadmap; manage the intake and prioritization of initiatives, assess business value and maintain visibility across APAC. Build partnerships with other regions to share experience and accelerate innovation.
- Translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions with technical and operations teams. Oversee projects from scoping and planning through resource allocation, testing, risk management, delivery and enhancement.
- Recommend AI models and tools, conduct hands-on prototypes and experiments, and evaluate external AI solution providers. Monitor deployed solutions, gather feedback, identify pilot opportunities and develop reusable delivery practices.
- Ensure projects meet internal AI governance, data privacy and ethical standards. Engage business, IT and vendor stakeholders, provide insights to APAC leadership, and lead communication, training and adoption efforts. Functionally manage cross-functional contributors as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years in product or project management, including 4+ years in AI and analytics.
- Strong AI/ML knowledge and expertise in LLMs, agentic AI and enterprise ML tools; experience with hands-on prototyping, solution validation and large-scale digital or AI projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chains; experience in complex global organizations and working across functions, countries and regions. Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, engage C-level stakeholders, communicate effectively and lead change in physical and virtual environments.
