About this role
20 Microns Ltd seeks a Tech Architect – AI Business Process Automation to lead the design, development and deployment of AI-driven automation across departments from its Vadodara, Gujarat location. The role requires 10+ years of experience, including at least 3–5 years in AI or automation architecture.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end AI architecture strategy for business process automation in areas such as HR, Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain. Work with business leaders and process owners to identify opportunities and translate business challenges into solutions.
- Architect scalable, modular solutions using intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, chatbots, robotic process automation and NLP-based workflows. Integrate them with existing ERP, CRM and document management systems.
- Evaluate AI/ML tools, platforms and frameworks; ensure solutions are secure, compliant and aligned with data governance policies. Set technology standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams, data engineers and external vendors to deliver projects. Mentor technical teams and build AI and automation capabilities.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, plus proven experience designing and implementing AI-based business automation solutions.
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP and computer vision; hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI or OpenAI.
- Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate or Automation Anywhere; knowledge of enterprise application architecture and systems integration; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications
AI/ML, RPA or cloud architecture certifications; experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining; and exposure to data governance and responsible AI practices. The posting identifies the position as full-time.
