TC - MENA Technology - AI - ML Developer - Senior

EY seeks a Senior AI/ML Developer in its TC–MENA Technology team to build technological solutions for clients’ business problems. The role is based in Trivandrum, with other locations listed as anywhere in the country. Salary is described as competitive.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and train machine learning models using techniques including neural networks, deep learning and reinforcement learning. Adapt or fine-tune pretrained generative AI models for specific tasks, and develop prompts to improve output quality.
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance, efficiency and scalability. Explore emerging AI techniques and applications, and work with data scientists and software engineers to integrate solutions into products or services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver valuable AI solutions; mentor junior team members. Apply ethical AI practices, including data privacy compliance and attention to bias and fairness.

Requirements

• A B.E., B.Tech., MCA, MS, M.Tech. or equivalent degree in a computer science discipline; a minimum of 4–8 years in the IT industry, including at least 2 years in AI. Candidates must have worked on AI projects from inception through successful deployment.
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks. Exposure to cloud services such as Azure for model deployment and cloud-based machine learning; familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL and with Docker, Kubernetes or similar tools.
• Knowledge or experience with GANs, transformers and reinforcement learning, plus hands-on experience developing generative AI solutions with large language models, preferably Azure OpenAI. Strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
