About this role
Quantanite seeks a Senior Solutions Analyst / Generative AI Solutions Analyst for its Solutions department. Working with a Solutions Architect, the analyst will translate client needs into implementations and features for QiQ, an AI-powered contact centre analytics platform. QiQ uses specialized AI agents, knowledge graphs and large language models to analyze voice, email and chat interactions and produce operational insights, root-cause analysis and recommendations. The role is India-based, in Mumbai or remote, and full-time.
Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead client discovery, identify underlying operational problems and propose solutions using agentic AI and knowledge graphs.
- Own Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and High-Level Design (HLD) documents that turn client needs into actionable engineering specifications. Guide work through technical design, implementation and as-built documentation with engineering, product and PMO.
- Design solutions using multi-agent orchestration and RAG pipelines. Decide when agentic systems are appropriate versus simpler rule-based or API-driven approaches, and assess trade-offs in cost, speed, accuracy and complexity.
- Present solutions and answer technical questions in client meetings. Develop deep knowledge of QiQ’s agent clusters, knowledge graph layers, KPI logic and process-adherence frameworks to guide implementations and extensions. The role may grow toward independent client representation and architectural decision-making.
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems; understanding of multi-agent orchestration and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph; proven work with RAG, prompt engineering and LLM context-window management; and experience with knowledge graphs or similar structured knowledge systems.
- Ability to assess current LLM capabilities and system-design trade-offs involving cost, latency and token efficiency; design scalable systems; and translate complex business problems into justified architectural decisions.
- Client-facing requirements-gathering ability, strong written and verbal communication, and a track record of owning projects through completion.
Preferred, not required: BPO or contact centre experience; Neo4j or other knowledge graph databases; BRD, HLD or technical-specification writing; contact centre analytics, KPI or quality-assurance experience; sales engineering or solutions consulting; and familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP or containerization. The role does not involve writing code, managing teams, independently setting the product roadmap or training models.
