About this role
Design and ship production AI systems for clients across industries, including LLM copilots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and classical machine learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and evaluate LLM and RAG systems end-to-end.
- Own model training, deployment, and monitoring through MLOps practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop AI features.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, strong Python skills, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector search.
- Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow and cloud deployment.
Location and compensation:
- Bhopal or remote within India; full-time.
- ₹10 L – ₹24 L per year (CTC). The final offer depends on experience and interview performance.
