The Generative AI / Intelligent Automation Engineer will develop AI-enabled applications for enterprise automation, language intelligence and decision-making. The role involves building scalable workflows, integrating language models into business systems, and working with developers, analysts and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop generative AI applications and agentic automation workflows using orchestration tools. Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge-based applications and integrate large language models into enterprise platforms.
- Implement NLP solutions for conversational and text-based applications. Work with structured and unstructured data to support model training and analysis, and assist with model fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
- Improve system efficiency and response quality; contribute to technical reviews, project planning, documentation and implementation reports. Follow software quality and security practices, research emerging AI technologies, and enhance existing AI systems and workflows.
Required qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience and a B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Machine Learning or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
- Understanding of generative AI, intelligent automation, RAG, machine learning and deep learning; experience with LLMs such as GPT or Llama; proficiency in Python; and familiarity with NLP, LangChain or LlamaIndex, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and model integration and deployment workflows.
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, adaptability and attention to quality.
Preferred qualifications include enterprise AI development and deployment, intelligent-agent workflows, cloud-enabled AI environments, data visualization and analytics, model-performance improvement, large-scale data handling, AI pipeline management, research-based AI development and agile collaboration.
Selection may include resume screening, a technical hackathon or practical assessment, AI solution development and a demonstration, followed by a hiring-panel discussion. A two-day assessment event may take place in Jaipur and Bengaluru. Candidates are expected to bring laptops; meals may be provided, while travelers may need to arrange their own accommodation.
