About this role
Jabil seeks a Full Stack AI Lead Developer for a remote role in India. The position builds production-ready AI applications that connect backend AI services with responsive interfaces and supports their deployment, reliability and ongoing improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy full-stack AI applications. Integrate large language models, local model pipelines, vector databases and multi-agent orchestration, including RAG architectures.
- Develop asynchronous Python backend services, RESTful APIs and data ingestion pipelines for real-time streaming and business logic. Architect and optimize relational databases using advanced SQL, joins, cursors and stored procedures; PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Create responsive interfaces and real-time dashboards for human-AI interaction and telemetry. Package applications with Docker, coordinate deployment and scaling with Kubernetes, and manage AWS resources and GPU computing environments. Use Linux tools for monitoring and performance tuning.
- Mentor and onboard junior developers, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and demonstrate working applications. Debug issues, reduce latency, automate testing and evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks and models.
Desired qualifications:
- Hands-on advanced Python development, AWS infrastructure and enterprise Linux administration; expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for large-scale deployments.
- Proven ability to build and deploy modern AI solutions, including multi-agent systems and RAG, and to adopt emerging technologies quickly.
- A quality-first approach and a background in Lean Six Sigma or other quality tools.
