01

Understand the role

What matters most

  • Executing the RESPOND Product Roadmap

Drive security operations modernization strategy by working closely with regional SOC and Incident Response teams to translate product vision into operational reality on the ground.

  • Designing Scalable SOAR Playbooks

Design, build, test, and maintain automated playbooks for incident triage, digital evidence collection, and artifact processing to handle investigations at speed and scale.

  • Operationalizing AI-Augmented Response Capabilities

Integrate agentic AI workflows, prompt libraries, code notebooks, and LLM-driven enrichment into case management to reduce analyst toil and improve triage accuracy.

  • Tuning Workflows Against Measurable Outcomes

Optimize automation playbooks and AI-assisted workflows against key performance metrics including Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), false-positive rates, and analyst touch time.

Likely challenges to think through

  • Balancing Autonomous AI Guardrails with Incident Accuracy

Integrating agentic AI and LLMs into live SOC triage introduces the risk of false positives or unvalidated automated actions during high-pressure incidents. Prepare by demonstrating experience with strict output validation, deterministic fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop guardrails for autonomous workflows.

  • Bridging Product Vision with Regional Operational Realities

As the connective tissue between product strategy and regional SOC execution, you must align centralized roadmap requirements with diverse, high-toil analyst workflows. Prepare by highlighting agile product backlog management experience and direct collaboration models with end-user security analysts.
