Wissen Technology is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of next-generation enterprise solutions. This role requires a blend of traditional full-stack engineering and advanced AI development, specifically focusing on the implementation of autonomous Agentic AI systems. Responsibilities include: Architecture & Backend: Leading technical design and development of scalable, distributed microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Frontend Excellence: Establishing best practices for React-based frontend development. AI Innovation: Architecting and deploying production-grade Agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent networks, and intelligent orchestrations using tools like CrewAI, LangGraph, and AutoGen to solve complex operational automation problems. Technical Leadership: Mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and championing Agile practices. Database & Infrastructure: Designing robust database schemas and managing containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes. Required Qualifications: 5.5 to 7.5 years of professional experience. Education: MCA, B.E, B.Tech, or M.Tech. Deep expertise in Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, and React. Practical experience in engineering complex Agentic AI workflows, LLM memory management, and custom tool calling. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, requiring 4 days of work from the office.
