Senior Associate Technology L1_Python

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate Technology L1_Python to join their team. The role focuses on designing and developing infrastructure interfaces for complex business applications, with a primary emphasis on building and orchestrating agentic, GenAI-powered workflows. You will be responsible for transforming client operations through data ingestion, enrichment, and intelligent, LLM-driven automation. Responsibilities: Build and orchestrate agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for production-ready GenAI solutions. Develop reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, and validation. Ensure scalability and traceability in agent workflows. Implement performance monitoring using LangSmith and apply tuning mechanisms. Deploy and maintain Python-based GenAI services using CI/CD tools. Architect secure API communication using JWT, OAuth, and RBAC. Apply NLP and retrieval techniques, including vector stores and embeddings. Qualifications: Strong Python fundamentals (OOP, data structures) and experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, or Dask. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel. Proficiency in Python API frameworks (Flask/FastAPI). Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling. Basic integration experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and exposure to vector databases. Proficiency with AWS Cloud Services and production deployment practices. Preferred: Prior work on GenAI, CoPilot, or RAG-based systems, and familiarity with marketing data models.
