The Senior Data Scientist at Aditya Birla Capital Limited will be responsible for translating complex business problems into actionable data science and analytics solutions within the Risk Analytics department. The role involves building statistical models and algorithms, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across various business functions including Credit, Collections, and Product. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into data science initiatives. - Develop and implement AI and machine learning algorithms using R, Python, Spark, and Databricks. - Maintain a deep understanding of Bureau data. - Mentor and provide training to data scientists and analysts. - Collaborate with stakeholders in Policy, Credit, Collections, Operations, and Product teams. - Ensure high data quality and zero-error reporting. - Apply mathematical and statistical expertise to algorithms such as GBM, Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, and Deep Learning. Qualifications: - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. - Expert coding skills in R, Python, or SAS. - Proficiency in data visualization tools. - Strong mathematical and statistical understanding of machine learning techniques.
