Accenture seeks an AI & Data Manager for its India Market Unit, with locations listed as Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. The manager will work with client stakeholders and internal teams to turn business priorities into governed data assets, insights and scalable analytics solutions, combining industry knowledge with data, AI and cloud-led delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build client relationships, understand leadership priorities and industry context, and provide strategic insights.
- Lead data analysis, profiling, modeling, mapping and query design. Set standards for these activities and govern queries and DML for performance and compliance.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency. Maintain an enterprise data dictionary aligned with the business glossary and data assets.
- Define the data landscape, including its relationship to technology architecture, end-to-end flows, transformations and lineage. Work with data governance teams on organizational principles, access controls and delivery dependencies, including release and change management.
- Build, train and deploy predictive and machine-learning models using Python, Spark and cloud platforms; drive platform- and cloud-based analytics initiatives.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and an MBA or postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM). Required expertise includes AI and data, particularly data science and modeling for sales, marketing and supply chain. Candidates should have predictive analytics experience, hands-on expertise with a major analytics platform, knowledge of big data, data lakes, machine learning and conversational AI, and experience deploying models on AWS, Azure or GCP. Consulting experience, preferably involving C-suite stakeholders, and the ability to explain analytics trends and services are sought.
