01

Understand the role

What matters most

  • Create AI images and video for commercial work

The intern assists with AI-generated images and video sequences and supports ongoing commercial projects. Preparation suggestion: select sample work that shows both a visual idea and how you developed it with an AI tool.

  • Improve realism and character consistency

The role explicitly includes experimenting with realism and consistency. Preparation suggestion: be ready to explain what you changed between iterations and what improved or remained difficult.

  • Communicate concepts and process visually

The intern prepares visuals for pitches and concept decks and helps create behind-the-scenes breakdowns and case studies. Preparation suggestion: organize examples so the intended concept and the steps behind the result are easy to follow.

  • Learn through studio tests and workflows

This is a training-focused internship involving internal tests, R&D sessions, and learning workflows from the creative director. Basic familiarity with at least one AI tool is required; expertise is not. Preparation suggestion: describe a specific experiment and what it taught you.

Likely challenges to think through

  • Keeping a sequence visually coherent

Likely preparation challenge, not a confirmed studio problem: a striking individual image may not preserve a character or realistic look across multiple shots. Prepare an example of how you compared outputs, spotted inconsistencies, and revised them.

  • Balancing experimentation with usable deliverables

Likely preparation challenge, not a confirmed studio problem: open-ended AI testing can compete with the detail needed for commercial visuals or pitch materials in a fast-paced environment. Prepare to explain how you would choose promising options, check the details, and present a clear result.

  • Adapting across unfamiliar production steps

Likely preparation challenge, not a confirmed studio problem: the training spans generation, hybrid live-action and AI pipelines, compositing, and editing, while only beginner familiarity with one tool is required. Prepare to discuss how you learn a new workflow, test it on a small task, and incorporate feedback.

Sharpen your knowledge

Topics to prepare

  • Visual storytelling for films and commercials

Training topic: visual storytelling using AI. Take a short commercial idea and outline three shots, noting what each shot communicates and how the sequence progresses.

  • Cinematic realism

The role includes experimenting with realism in AI-generated visuals. Compare two versions of a shot and identify how lighting, framing and visual details affect its credibility.

  • Character consistency

Character consistency is both a training topic and an area for experimentation. Review a three-shot sequence and list the character features that should remain recognizable across shots.

  • Hybrid live-action and AI workflows

Training includes hybrid live-action and AI pipelines. Sketch where AI-generated imagery could enter a short live-action sequence and flag one continuity issue to check.

Skills to revise

  • Use one AI generation tool

Basic familiarity with at least one tool, such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika or ComfyUI, is required; expertise is not. Revisit a tool you know and produce one image or short clip, recording the inputs and revisions.

  • Iterate on images and video sequences

The intern assists with AI-generated images and video and tests improvements. Make two versions of the same visual, change one input between them, and explain which result better serves the intended shot.

  • Prepare pitch visuals

The role includes preparing visuals for pitches and concept decks. Arrange three related images into a brief concept sequence, with a one-sentence purpose for each.

  • Document a creative test

The intern helps create behind-the-scenes breakdowns and case studies and joins R&D sessions. Record a small generation test with its goal, iterations, result and unresolved issue.

  • Practise basic finishing and editing

Basic compositing, clean-ups and enhancements, plus Premiere Pro editing workflows, are listed as training—not entry requirements. As preparation, try a simple visual clean-up and assemble a short sequence in Premiere Pro, noting any visible continuity problems.

04

Your preparation checklist

  • Select a small sample of work

Choose AI-generated images or video that show an interest in filmmaking, visuals, design, or storytelling. The posting asks for a portfolio or sample work; a polished reel is not stated as a requirement.

  • Prepare a tool walkthrough

Be ready to show one example made with an AI tool you know, such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika, or ComfyUI. Note your inputs, iterations, and what you would improve; the role calls for basic familiarity, not expertise.

  • Build a short visual-storytelling example

As an optional preparation exercise, make a few connected frames or a brief sequence and explain the intended mood and shot choices. This relates to the role’s AI image and video work and cinematic-visual focus.

  • Document a realism or consistency experiment

Compare two or three iterations of a character or scene, recording what changed and what remained inconsistent. This gives you a concrete way to discuss the experimentation described in the posting.

  • Package one example for a pitch

Consider arranging selected visuals into a concise concept page with a short behind-the-scenes breakdown of your process. The role includes preparing pitch visuals and helping create breakdowns and case studies.

  • Write questions about the training

Prepare questions about how interns join internal tests, learn workflows from the creative director, and work with live-action and AI or Premiere Pro. These are advertised activities and training topics, not prerequisites to claim you have mastered.
