Sitecore AI Lead Developer

Role Purpose: Algoleap Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Sitecore AI Lead Developer / Architect to drive the design, architecture, implementation, and adoption of AI-powered digital experience solutions within the Sitecore ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on technical leader to architect enterprise solutions, lead migrations to AI-enabled platforms, and guide development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define architecture and technical roadmaps for Sitecore AI initiatives.
• Lead migration and modernization programs from traditional Sitecore (XP/XM) to XM Cloud.
• Implement AI-driven personalization, search, content generation, and optimization.
• Architect scalable solutions using Sitecore AI, Search, Personalize, Content Hub, and Generative AI.
• Develop headless solutions using JSS, React, and Next.js.
• Establish engineering best practices for security, scalability, and DevOps.
• Mentor development teams and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Sitecore, .NET, and Digital Experience Platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore AI / Sitecore Stream and AI-powered capabilities.
• Strong experience with Sitecore composable platforms (XP, XM, XM Cloud, Headless, SXA, Content Hub, Search, Personalize).
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, React.js, Next.js, and Azure.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, Agentic Platforms, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.

• Sitecore Certified Professional.
• Digital Marketing certifications.
• Vercel or Agentic AI certifications.
