Senior Specialist - Data Sciences

LTM seeks a Senior Specialist - Data Sciences in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, to lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise-scale AI, machine learning and generative AI solutions. The posting lists full-time employment and an experience range of 0.00–0.00 years.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy, architecture and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Lead AI programs from ideation and proof of concept through production deployment, and work with business and executive stakeholders on transformation opportunities and investment priorities.
• Architect scalable AI platforms using cloud technologies, distributed computing and MLOps. Design generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents and multimodal models; develop reference architectures for agentic AI, conversational AI and predictive analytics.
• Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, model selection and platform engineering. Build solutions with Azure AI Services, OpenAI, Databricks and vector databases, and create reusable accelerators, frameworks and enterprise integration patterns.
• Oversee model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and retraining. Establish standards for AI security, compliance, responsible AI and data governance; promote DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD and AI observability. Ensure platform scalability, performance, reliability and cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor senior engineers and architects, and conduct workshops, architecture reviews and technical governance forums. Evaluate emerging technologies, establish business-impact KPIs, and support presales solution design, effort estimates, proposals and client presentations.
