Flutter Group seeks a Senior Manager - Governance, Data & AI to shape governance frameworks, technology strategy and operating standards for its global People Analytics ecosystem. Based in Hyderabad, India, the role balances responsible AI adoption and scalable analytics with security, regulatory compliance, risk management and business value.
Responsibilities
- Establish governance for People data quality, reporting standards, controls, metadata and the data lifecycle. Lead governance reviews, audits, risk assessments and regulatory responses, ensuring alignment with internal policies, global data protection requirements and emerging AI regulations.
- Define and execute the People Analytics technology roadmap. Evaluate data platforms, automation, AI tools and other emerging technologies; partner with Technology and Architecture teams to strengthen the data and technology ecosystem.
- Serve as the senior Responsible AI authority for the People domain, ensuring AI-enabled solutions meet standards for transparency, oversight, governance and risk management.
- Advise senior leaders and present strategic recommendations, risks and governance outcomes. Work across Technology, Data, Legal, Security, Risk and HR to support consistent adoption and decisions that balance innovation with commercial value.
- Lead, coach and develop governance and technology specialists, including succession planning and capability building.
Required qualifications
- 15 to 20 years of experience across data, analytics, technology, governance, AI or related disciplines; 8+ years of people management experience; and 8+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale data governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, the EU AI Act, AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles, including experience in regulated global environments. Understanding of modern data architectures, analytics platforms, automation and AI-enabled solutions, plus executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in People Analytics, HR technology or workforce analytics; familiarity with Workday, Workday Prism, cloud analytics platforms and enterprise reporting; experience with machine learning governance, model validation, bias monitoring or Responsible AI programmes; and exposure to global employment-data regulations.
