About this role
The Senior Technical Architect is responsible for designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on integrating predictive and generative AI capabilities. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, leveraging advanced AI tools to optimize performance and accelerate development cycles. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable, well-architected solutions. Drive Enterprise AI Architecture by embedding autonomous AI capabilities using Agentforce and designing custom AI solutions within Salesforce environments. Lead technical design sessions, document solutions, and use LLMs like Claude to simulate system edge cases and review architectural assumptions. Champion an AI-first delivery methodology, utilizing developer assistants like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to enforce coding standards and optimize performance. Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and business ROI. Participate in pre-sales activities, including POC development and technical deep-dives. Requirements: 14+ years of overall experience, with at least 8 years on the Salesforce platform. Expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce product suite (Data Cloud, Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience Clouds). Strong background in systems architecture, large-scale web-based systems, and software product lifecycles. Proficiency in platform security, authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth), and data integration tools. Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and modern development ecosystems. Ability to travel to client sites (50-75%). Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
