The Senior RCM AI & Automation Systems Analyst will act as a technical lead and solution architect, bridging business needs with advanced technology to deliver scalable Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and AI-driven automation solutions. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to design end-to-end workflows, driving Agile development cycles, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality deployments. The role also involves producing ROI metrics for automation initiatives, mentoring team members, and overseeing production support. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in RCM requirements gathering and workflow design, and 2 years of experience in QA/production support. Technical proficiency in UiPath (Orchestrator, Dispatcher, Performer) and C#/VB.NET is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include experience with AI-driven development environments, functional knowledge of LLMs, and expertise in GitHub CI/CD processes.
