Postdoc in Micron’s Advanced Modeling and AI Solutions group in Hyderabad to develop, implement, and utilize numerical models for materials, structure, or process modeling supporting memory development and manufacturing. Requires a Ph.D., 2+ years of modeling experience, coding and Linux skills (Python, Bash, FORTRAN, C++), familiarity with machine learning/deep learning and modeling tools (OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL), and ability to collaborate and report results.
