About this role
This hybrid role combines hands-on AI engineering with business transformation. Reporting to the Head of Agentic Transformation, the position owns automation initiatives from process discovery and scoping through development, deployment and team adoption, with work across Finance, HR and AdOps.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production-ready agentic workflows using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, n8n or Make. Develop natural-language query interfaces, intelligent routing agents and RAG-powered document-processing pipelines.
- Integrate CRMs, HR platforms and ad servers through APIs using REST, webhooks, JSON and OAuth. Prototype minimum viable agents, test them with users and iterate based on performance.
- Map existing processes, identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, and prioritize initiatives by ROI, time savings and technical feasibility. Turn business needs into specifications with edge cases and success criteria.
- Train users, write guides, support transitions and work with team leads to encourage adoption. Establish logging, alerting and runbooks to keep automations maintainable and compliant with GDPR and data-privacy requirements.
- Automate AdOps pacing alerts, budget tracking and delivery-discrepancy resolution. Build data pipelines between DSPs/SSPs and internal reporting tools to reduce manual reconciliation.
Requirements
4–7 years in technical automation, AI engineering or business transformation delivery; production experience deploying LLM-powered tools or agents; proficiency in Python or JavaScript; mastery of at least one of n8n, Make or LangChain; experience connecting systems with APIs and webhooks; and strong stakeholder management with the ability to take projects independently from specification to launch. The role also requires adherence to ISMS policies aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, including safeguarding sensitive asset data, completing security-awareness training, promptly reporting potential incidents or vulnerabilities, and following data-protection protocols.
