S&C GN - Data&AI - Life Sciences - Consultant

Accenture seeks a Data&AI Life Sciences Consultant for its AI Decision Science team in Bangalore or Gurgaon. This full-time role lists 5–10 years of experience and focuses on data-driven consulting for global pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide life sciences subject-matter expertise and strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support small to medium-sized teams delivering consulting projects. Work as a team member or individual contributor on assignments spanning data engineering and data science, including strategy, implementation, process design, and change management.
• Support business-unit strategies and operating models; assess competitive responses, implementation readiness, and areas of greatest impact.

Required capabilities:

• Strong understanding of commercial and clinical pharmaceutical datasets, with hands-on experience in one or more areas such as real-world evidence, statistical modeling or machine learning, segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to solve complex business problems; and strong writing, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Preferred skills include R, Python, SQL, Spark, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling language models, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. The posting also mentions personalized training modules to develop consulting and industry capabilities.
