About this role
Accenture seeks an AI Decision Science Analyst – Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation in Gurugram to design, develop, evaluate and deploy enterprise-scale solutions using large language models, AI agents and multi-agent systems. The full-time role works with solution architects, product owners, engineers and business stakeholders to automate workflows and deliver secure, scalable AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Build agents and multi-agent systems that reason, plan, collaborate and execute tasks. Develop orchestration frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integrations, human-in-the-loop approval workflows, copilots and reusable AI components.
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs; use prompt engineering, structured outputs, function calling and tool calling. Measure accuracy, latency, grounding, safety, hallucination rates and business outcomes, then improve prompts and workflows.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation solutions, including document ingestion, chunking, metadata enrichment, indexing and retrieval, using semantic search and vector databases.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, Splunk, Azure Functions, Azure SQL and REST APIs. Address authentication, logging, retries, error handling and security.
- Implement AI guardrails, governance controls and observability for agent execution, token use, cost and operational health. Contribute to architecture and code reviews, testing, deployment, production support, CI/CD, documentation and mentoring.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of AI/ML experience, with demonstrated expertise in generative AI, LLMs, agentic and multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI application development. A bachelor's or master's degree (BE/BTech/MTech/MS/MBA) in computer science, AI, machine learning, IT, data science, mathematics, statistics or a related discipline, with an excellent academic record, is required. Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment is preferred.
